Delete your StaqOn data

StaqOn is operated by VistarKriya Marketings Private Limited. You can ask us to delete your StaqOn account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the email address registered on your StaqOn account to:

We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example, via an OTP to your registered email) before we process the request, so that no one else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data we hold about you, including:

• your account and profile (name, email, mobile, avatar, date of birth, MPIN);
• your device push tokens and session records (IP/user-agent logs);
• your workspace and team memberships;
• your worklist items, reminders, notification preferences and personal settings; and
• files and voice notes you uploaded that are not required to be retained by another workspace.

What may remain

• Shared workspace content. Messages you posted in a workspace are part of that workspace’s shared history. After your account is deleted, such messages may remain visible to that workspace (attributed to a removed user) unless the workspace owner also deletes them. You can delete your own messages before requesting account deletion.
• Workspaces you own. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, please transfer ownership or delete the workspace first, or tell us in your request how you’d like it handled.
• Legal records. We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it, or to resolve disputes and enforce our terms. Such data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 24 hours and complete verified deletions within 30 days, or sooner where practicable. We will confirm by email when it’s done.
